Hi folks,
I've been going through a tough time lately. I have some diagnosed illnesses (bipolar, anxiety) and some trauma I've been working through with my doctor and a psychotherapist. I'm also working with a sleep specialist to figure out why I never feel rested. There are a few things I can do that help some (eg. exercise, meditate, journal), but interestingly, some of the best things I can do are directly related to my creative endeavors. I especially find it helpful to either write songs (formally) or just improvise. Some of these offerings (I record and put one out about once a week) are available on my YouTube channel.
